The Each One Teach One Project is a ministry of Liberty Baptist Fellowship focused on assisting the homeless populations of Montana, Idaho, Washington, Oregon and Wyoming to get back on their feet. We apply the philosophy of teaching a man to fish in order to not only benefit the individual, but the community at large. We do this by linking candidates who are currently homeless and seeking work opportunities with small business owners in the area who are willing to offer apprenticeships in trades such as masonry, roofing or landscaping. Those in the program are empowered by having the opportunity to learn a new trade. Once they have completed their apprenticeship, they have gained the tools to continue working for their employer or venture into small business. Additionally, we support our candidates by providing meals and work clothing for those who are currently enrolled in our program and actively participating in an apprenticeship.
